The Pfizer Board: Regulatory and Compliance Committee
Under the terms of its Charter, the Regulatory and Compliance Committee is primarily responsible for overseeing and reviewing the Company's health care law compliance programs and the status of compliance with laws, regulations and internal procedures applicable to pharmaceutical sales and marketing activities.
