Chuck Hill
Executive Vice President, Worldwide Human Resources

Chuck Hill is Executive Vice President, Worldwide Human Resources, for Pfizer Inc. He is responsible for providing strategic HR leadership, which includes designing and implementing effective organization and people strategies for the company. With $67 billion in annual revenue and more than 100,000 employees globally, Pfizer is the world's largest research-based biopharmaceutical company, which focuses on discovering, developing, manufacturing and selling medicines in more than 150 countries.

Previously, Chuck served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Pfizer's Worldwide Biopharmaceuticals Businesses, which included five global business units — Primary Care, Specialty Care, Oncology, Established Products and Emerging Markets. He held this role from 2008 through December 2010.

Chuck joined Pfizer in 1987 as a Personnel Associate supporting the Pharmaceutical Sales Force and, in 1993, he was named Director of Human Resources, Health & Safety and Community Relations, Pfizer Global Manufacturing, in Groton, Conn. In 1996, he became Vice President, Human Resources, Corporate Finance, in New York and was subsequently appointed to the position of Vice President, Human Resources, Pfizer Global Pharmaceuticals — EuCan/AfME/LA in 2004. In 2006, Chuck was appointed Vice President, Human Resources, Worldwide Pharmaceutical Operations.

Prior to joining Pfizer, Chuck served eight years in the United States Air Force as an instructor fighter pilot and flight commander. Chuck holds a B.A. in Business from Rutgers University and an M.S. in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. He and his wife, Cathy, have two children and live in Connecticut.
