Finance staff members play a crucial role in key strategic business decisions. Some of our Finance staff may work on projects related to evaluating contractual relationships with managed-care organizations, promotional investments and new business ventures. Most colleagues who join our Finance Summer Associate Program are hired into our Finance Rotational Program.
